The Kunsthalle at KulturQuartier Leoben can be rented as a venue for your event.
It is an ideal location for lectures, meetings and larger events.
Size:
approx. 300 sqm
Capacity:
- Cinema-style rows: 200 persons
- U-shape with seminar tables: 80 – 150 persons
- Bar tables: 300 persons
- Banquet: 150 persons
Equipment:
- TV, mobile projector with screen, flipchart, pin boards upon request – please bring your own notebook!
- WIFI access
- The Kunsthalle has no natural light. Light can be generated with neon tubes or spotlights. Specific lighting moods are possible to a limited extent.

Costs
All prices are quoted inclusive of VAT.
Kunsthalle rental prices – standard rate:
- EUR 1.000 (full day)
Kunsthalle rental prices – reduced rate for clubs & service clubs:
- EUR 780 (full day)
All room rental fees include 20% VAT and cover the basic technical equipment available in the hall, basic lighting and shading, ventilation, and one standard seating layout.
Not included are staff costs outside regular opening hours, cleaning and kitchen usage fees, additional lighting and sound equipment, or any further furniture.
Staff:
- during the opening hours of the MuseumsCenter: no additional staff costs
- after opening hours per person and hour: EUR 35 (from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.), EUR 50 (from 10:00 p.m. to midnight), EUR 70 (from 12:00 a.m. onwards and on Sundays and public holidays)
Other fees:
- Use of kitchen: EUR 60 (per day)
- Cleaning fee: EUR 200 (per day)
- Provision and cleaning of glassware: EUR 80 (per day)
Cleaning costs for any required table linen and chair covers will be charged separately on a per-item basis at the current daily rate.

The above prices do not include catering.
