The Museum Tower at KulturQuartier Leoben can be rented as a venue for your event.
It is an ideal location for press conferences, readings, lectures, meetings and seminars.
Size:
approx. 50 sqm
Capacity:
- Cinema-style rows: 80 persons
- U-shape with seminar tables: 30 persons
- Bar tables: 50 persons
- Banquet: 48 persons
Equipment:
- TV, mobile projector with screen, flipchart, pin boards upon request – please bring your own notebook!
- WIFI access
- The room can be shaded or darkened.

Costs
All prices are quoted inclusive of VAT.
Museum Tower rental prices – standard rate:
- up to 4 hours: EUR 120
- more than 4 hours: EUR 150
The room rental fees include 20% VAT and cover basic technical equipment (projector, screen, flip chart, pin boards, network connection), basic lighting and shading, ventilation, basic cleaning of the respective room, and one standard seating layout.
Staff costs outside regular opening hours, cleaning and kitchen usage fees, as well as any additional equipment and furniture required, are not included in the rental price. These services will be charged separately depending on the time required and individual needs.
Staff:
- during the opening hours of the MuseumsCenter: no additional staff costs
- after opening hours per person and hour: EUR 35 (from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.), EUR 50 (from 10:00 p.m. to midnight), EUR 70 (from 12:00 a.m. onwards and on Sundays and public holidays)
Other fees:
- Use of kitchen: EUR 60
- Additional cleaning fee (in case of heavy soiling): EUR 45
- Provision and cleaning of glassware: EUR 80
Cleaning costs for any required table linen and chair covers will be charged separately on a per-item basis at the current daily rate.

The above prices do not include catering.
