Spe­cial ex­hib­i­tions

The 1997 “made in styria” regional exhibition began an era of major exhibitions in Leoben. Since 1998, Kunsthalle Leoben has been the venue for large-scale cultural and historical exhibitions that have attracted over 1.3 million Austrian and international visitors.

In­ter­na­tional co­oper­a­tion

This led to cooperation schemes with Kunsthistorisches Museum Vienna or the State Hermitage Museum in St. Petersburg, among others. Since 2010, large-scale special exhibitions have been held at Kunsthalle Leoben every two years.
